My name is Morgan and I'm passionate about helping small businesses and nonprofits focus on what's important:

the people you serve, the community you love, and the vision that keeps you going.

I have a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Throughout my career, I have worked in small organizations (<10 people) so I understand what it feels like to "wear a lot of hats". I have expertise in organizational and program management, human resources, event planning, fundraising, and more.

Throughout my years of "wearing lots of hats", I realized my love for graphic design, content creation, and messaging. Focus on your vision and let me do the behind the scenes work - it's a win-win! I'm excited to connect.

With any design project, I want to deeply know your organizational vision so I can weave it into touch-points with your clients, funders, and other stakeholders. Every tiny design detail is an opportunity to lean into and share your vision, which means you’re one step closer toward achieving your mission.

Accessibility and Inclusivity: I strive to make my designs and websites accessible, sustainable, and inclusive. I’m always learning and open to accepting feedback on how I can do better.

Come as You Are: I value authenticity and encourage you to show up just as you are. I promise I’ll do the same! I am a bi-sexual, cis gender woman (she/her) who is an advocate for mental health as I was diagnosed with bipolar type 2 in my adulthood. I am happy to share what any of this means to me, and would love to learn more about you.

My husband and I spend a lot of time outdoors and have a bucket list of places we’d like to travel and hike. We’re going to Maine this fall!
I have an online boutique called “Lucky Lucy”, where I sell my t-shirt designs.
I have a Havanese dog named Frankie and she is my soul animal.
Phobias: Goats, centipedes, and heights.
Loves: Bird watching, ice cream, and creative writing.
